- How do I locate the driver at the Airport?
- A representative or the driver will be waiting for you upon arrival with a sign with your name on the MEETING POINT at the ARRIVAL TERMINAL.
- How do I locate the driver in the port?
- If you travel by boat, a representative or the driver will be waiting for you at your arrival with a sign with your name, the pickup will be at TERMINAL 2 of the port of Palma.
- What happens if I have any problem when I pick up my luggage from the airport?
- In the event of any problem with your luggage, please contact the company inmediately by the telephone that appears on the booking voucher.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- You must inform us of the delay through the 24-hour telephone number that appears on the booking confirmation.
If the user or passenger does not appear within 60 minutes after the agreed pick-up time and it is not possible to communicate with him by the mobile indicated in the reservation, this will be considered as a lack of presentation without cancellation and the user is obliged to pay the full price indicated in the contract.
- How long can the driver wait for me at the airport or port?
- The driver can wait up to 60 minutes after the arrival of the flight or boat.
- What luggage can I take??
- Each passenger must carry a suitcase with a maximum weight of 20 Kg (maximum total dimensions: 158cm) and one piece of carry-on luggage with a maximum weight of 5kg (maximum dimensions of 45cm x 35cm x 20cm)
- Can I take extra luggage?
- Yes, you can carry additional baggage such as: golf clubs, bicycles, surfboards, musical instruments, additional luggage and others. But you should know that you have an additional charge and you must notify at the time of booking.

- Do we have transfers for people with reduced mobility?
- Yes, we have adapted vehicles for it. It is important to request it at the time of booking. Passengers with reduced mobility should be able to access the vehicle autonomously or with the assistance of one of their colleagues.
- Can you travel with animals?
- It is not allowed to travel with animals, except guide dogs.
- Can you make any change to the reservation?
- The first change will not entail additional administration expenses. Beyond this first change, the company will be able to charge € 15 of administrative expenses for each additional change.
No amount will be reimbursed for changes made in less than 48 hours. Notifications received less than 48 hours in advance will entitle the company to cancel the contract without penalty.
- Can you cancel the service?
- Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the start of the service. With less than 48 hours before the start of the service, we can not guarantee the total or partial refund of the amount of the reservation, since it is possible that the preparation costs have already been executed.
